• RUDA, Albania's national livestock registry: on the team rewriting it from PHP 5 to Laravel 8, I owned the Reports module, moving about 27 reports and exports from raw SQL to the Laravel ORM with no data migration.
• Capped runaway exports at 20,000 rows and moved 6 export controllers onto one shared large-file export path.
• GPS warehouse & technician dispatch: main backend developer. Built device inventory with a full audit trail of every stock movement, job dispatch, role-based notifications and Excel exports.
